Creating Websites

I have always loved creating websites because it allows me to express my creativity in a meaningful way. Designing a site feels like building a piece of art that also serves a purpose. Every layout, color choice, and visual element becomes part of a bigger picture. This process excites me and keeps me inspired. Web design has become one of my favorite creative outlets.

My passion for art is one of the main reasons I enjoy web design so much. Art has always been a part of my life, and it naturally influences the way I approach digital projects. I love blending creativity with structure to create something visually appealing. The artistic side of design helps me bring ideas to life in unique ways. It’s a form of expression that continues to motivate me.

In high school, I took several art and drafting courses that helped shape my creative foundation. Those classes taught me how to think visually and pay attention to detail. Later, I continued studying drafting in college, which strengthened my understanding of design principles. These experiences helped me develop skills that I still use today. They played a big role in shaping my love for creating digital spaces.

I didn’t find platforms like Google Sites, WordPress.com, Squarespace, or MailerLite difficult to use. These tools are built to be user‑friendly and accessible for people with different skill levels. Most of the work involves arranging visuals, choosing colors, and organizing content. Because of that, the process feels more artistic than technical. For me, that makes web design enjoyable rather than overwhelming.

However, I understand that web design can feel challenging if creativity doesn’t come naturally. These platforms rely heavily on visual thinking, which can be tough for some people. I believe that having an artistic side makes it easier to imagine how a website should look. When you can visualize the final result, the process becomes much smoother. Creativity truly plays a big role in bringing a website to life.
